Pretreatment: We start by forging or rolling the steel to remove internal defects, followed by annealing to enhance cutting processability, setting the stage for precision.
Shaping: Through the adept use of milling machines or planers, we preliminarily craft the guide rail's reference surface, grooves, and mounting holes, leaving a finely-tuned processing allowance.
Stress relief annealing: A crucial step to eliminate internal stress from rough processing, ensuring there is no unwarranted deformation in subsequent stages.
Quenching and tempering: We elevate the surface hardness of our guide rails (to HRC58-62), enhancing their wear resistance. Tempering is employed to curtail brittleness.
Cryogenic treatment: This process further solidifies the structural integrity, minimizing residual austenite, and ensuring exceptional dimensional stability.

Anti-corrosion treatment: To preserve non-working surfaces, we blacken, phosphate, or apply protective layers, ensuring longevity.
